Nursery Ministry
Nursery care is available for children 0-3 years of age. A Mother’s Room, with live video feed of the service, is also available for nursing moms. Moms will be given a pager so our volunteers can easily contact you, if needed. All workers are screened and receive training in order to provide your children with safe and loving care as you enjoy the worship service.
Children’s Church
Kids age 4 through 5th grade are dismissed at the beginning of the sermon time to participate in Children’s Church classes. Children are also welcome to remain with you in the sanctuary, if you prefer. Through games, crafts and different activities, youngsters will learn more about Jesus, how much He loves them, and how to become more like Him.
Radiate Youth Group
Teens 6th – 12th grade attend Radiate Youth Group (‘Radiate’ comes from Matthew 5:16) Sunday evenings from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Activities include games, worship, a youth oriented Bible study and plenty of snacks! Students are encouraged to bring their Bibles.
Crossroads Church is careful to make certain that youth leaders demonstrate strong Christian character. We also strive to maintain a balance of male and female leadership so that we can effectively minister to both guys & girls.
Summers Best 2 Weeks
Summer’s Best 2 Weeks (SB2W) is a two-week Christian sports day camp that was founded in 1966 (See sb2w.org) and came to our church in 1994. SB2W provides a fun, competitive environment for campers to develop new skills while participating in a variety of sports activities with other children their age. Activities include a variety of athletic events, in addition to an engaging Bible lesson each day.
